Of course, I'm not your customer. I came to visit for inspection around 3:30pm, and there was no parking space left. I asked one of your workers ( old white guy ) where I'm supposed to park. I told him there's no parking lot. He said, " All I can tell you is to park at the front. " I told him again that there's no parking lot. He started arguing, repeating it over and over. I said, " So, you want me to go to the other shop?" Then I left. I got my car checked across the street (Brakes Plus). So, yeah. I'm not your customer, because I didn't get to be. I'm glad I didn't spend a dime in your shop. You do have the WORST customer service. Tell me if you still think I'm lying.

Took my Tesla for a state inspection and was failed because of my CLEAR UV film on the front windshield. When I showed them the guidelines on the DPS website they refused to even look at them. So they don’t know the Texas law and refuse to be educated. One extra star for free snacks

Hi, Robert was accommodating on the phone for an installation for me for my splashguard and I thought the process was very convenient with the help of Justin. FastForward 5 minutes onto the highway. I hear scraping and the splashguard is dragging again. Had to pull over the side and saw that the clips were not properly installed. The mechanics just literally put the clips through the guard not attached to the vehicle...come on man... Not only did this already damage my splashguard but I had to pull over on the highway and remove and reclip the front correctly.
