Had to get a last minute inspection 20 minutes before they closed and they were very willing to accommodate me. I was in and out quickly. The waiting room was very clean with free snacks and beverages. The staff was very friendly and the mechanic left a nice thank you note with a snack in the car. I’ll definitely be back.

I love this place! I drove 35 minutes from downtown Dallas just to get my oil changed here. I absolutely love that they are women owned! They were straightforward, transparent, and friendly with their service. They were very prompt and had my car in and out in under an hour. They took the time to explain the different types of oil I could choose from and the pros and cons of each without belittling or making me feel stupid. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work/filters like other places almost always try to do. As a woman who is used to auto shops taking advantage of my auto repair ignorance, this was extremely refreshing and I will continue to take my car to them for all future maintenance and repairs. Bonus: the lobby is very clean and inviting. Light refreshments are available, children's play area, TV, fireplace, plants and flowers, magazines (a healthy variety! Not just car, hunting and ammo mags), and plush cozy chairs. The *only* thing that I would suggest is adding more ports for charging phones and laptops for services that may take longer. But I also may have not noticed if they were available.

The assessment and recommendations were detailed, explained well, fair price and great service. The facility is very clean, warm and comfortable and Every team member I met was professional, warm & caring, starting with the owners Robin & Kimra. Not least the service leader Danny Ipes is Top Notch in his knowledge, customer relations and working toward High Quality with Good Value service. Thank You!

Walked in. Handed over keys. Waited in the clean spacious lobby. Oil change completed. Paid for service. Received keys. Drove away a satisfied 1st time customer.

Went in for an inspection. They turned me to a sheet to fill out with my personal information for the shop to have "in the system". I said my information will be given for the state inspection and refused to fill out their info form (I do not plan on using their offers, or want to provide email or telephone or home address to the business). Store policy prevented that apparently. I asked if the two at the counter were owners of the store. They said "Yes". I asked to waive the info form. They said "No". Reasonable request I think, and most discretionary Texans would probably agree. At this point I requested more information as to why they need this info from me. Man at counter starts getting very defensive at my simple questions. I ask him why. I was turned away from their business with enthusiastically blown kisses at me from the man, who I guess is the owner. He enjoyed kicking me out and not giving me an inspection. It was weird and made me feel weird. I would avoid this place, go somewhere in Dallas to any local mom and pop mechanic shop and they will treat you... Not weirdly for simple requests.
