Took my Tesla for a state inspection and was failed because of my CLEAR UV film on the front windshield. When I showed them the guidelines on the DPS website they refused to even look at them. So they don’t know the Texas law and refuse to be educated. One extra star for free snacks

Hi, Robert was accommodating on the phone for an installation for me for my splashguard and I thought the process was very convenient with the help of Justin. FastForward 5 minutes onto the highway. I hear scraping and the splashguard is dragging again. Had to pull over the side and saw that the clips were not properly installed. The mechanics just literally put the clips through the guard not attached to the vehicle...come on man... Not only did this already damage my splashguard but I had to pull over on the highway and remove and reclip the front correctly.

DO NOT COME HERE!! This place is outrageously expensive and are not honest whatsoever. I came in attempting to get my u-joints replaced. After almost 5 hours of me waiting at home I eventually call them and they have the quote ready for me. So why am I having to call them instead of them call me?? They quote me a ridiculous amount of money to replace the u-joints. I asked them how much each joint is individually and they said $75 each. So I tell them that I am looking at the parts on the Moog website that are saying they are $15.99 and they say they "don't see it on their end." I even gave them the part number and everything. Huge red flag! Then finally the "diagnostic fee." They state that I need to pay $188 for a diagnostic fee when I CAME IN THERE TELLING THEM THE PROBLEM. What did they diagnose!?!? Hypothetically, if someone goes in for an oil change are they going to "diagnose" they need an oil change and charge them!? And then you gotta love the 3.5% fee for using a credit/debit card. My entire Honest 1 experience consisted of me loaning them my truck for 5 hours and them stealing $188 from me. But hey at least they leave a stupid note and some cheezits in your car! A little prize being another customer suckered into their dishonest ways at "Honest 1." Rant over. Do yourself a favor and choose a better auto shop.

I loveeee this place. The environment is super clean and cozy. This place is the absolute best in its field!

On my last visit, they said I needed new tires but I had just put a new tire on it (less than 2 weeks). It was explained to me that the tread was worn down and the tire needed to be replaced. I had the employee take me out to the tire and use his tread tool to verify this. The tread was showing an 11. Not a 4/5 as they stated. The photos they sent showing the "wear" on the tire also showed the production lines that were still on the tire and the arrows that were pointing at "issues." When I asked for this to be explained it could not be explained (because they were randomly placed and not really showing anything). They did acknowledge the "mistake" and blamed it on their system. Whether negligence or dishonestly this experience was disappointing and concerning.

I used to take my car in to Toyota for general servicing until one time I couldn’t get an appointment and decided to try this place out. One visit was all it took to make me decide to switch. Honest-1 does excellent work, has transparent pricing, doesn’t try to upsell, and has the friendliest staff. These wonderful people really live up to the name of their business, but they’re not only honest they’re knowledgeable, professional, and full of integrity. Wish there was a higher than 5 star rating to give, this is one business that deserves it!

Great experience. From drop off, repair process, and pickup, the entire team was prompt, quick to communicate, and very clear with the repair process. It was amazing. I have found a new home for my car maintenance needs.

I had found them thru Lewisville auto repair. I did do a Google review. Their reviews were amazing. Well my engine had seized up. Honest 1 Auto had helped me with finding a engine for my Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi. We looked at used and new engines. The communication from Honest 1 Auto was great. From when I broke down until my truck was up an running was less than 2 weeks. Like I said, their communication from Robert , Justin and Benjamin was spot on.
