This shop will be the only one my wife and I will use from here on out. Everyone from the people at the service desk, to the mechanics and to the owner herself, exemplified competence, friendliness and caring for us and their jobs. I had my state inspection done here. They were friendly and fast! I did not have an appointment and was still in an out in 35 min. I will come here again! The waiting area was very comfortable, with free wifi. It was clean and had a coffee bar, drinks and snacks available while you wait.

I prefer to take my Subaru to Honest-1 over my dealership. They always provide fast and accurate estimates, whether it’s for a waiting time or repair cost. The entire front staff is friendlyj, polite, and respectful. They always offer ride service to and from my work and, if I stay and wait, the waiting room is clean and comfortable (the snacks are good, too!). I love that Honest-1 actively gives back to The Colony community and I feel good knowing that I’m supporting a local business.
