Very unpleased with their professionalism. clarity and HONESTY. I took my vehicle to have state inspection done, and have the power steering pump looked at this Monday 8/1/22. The reception guy greeted me and said they were too busy at the time to look at my car but If I left it at the shop they could look at it the next day, as first come first served (Which I totally understand, no issue there). There was no mention in pricing, diagnosis fee, procedures, other than that they would call me to confirm if my power steering was bad and how much it would cost to replace for my vehicle. As they said, on Tuesday 8/2/22 around 2:30 PM-3:00 PM, they called me and quoted me, $1300 to replace the pump, serpentine belt, and add steering fluid but again, never mentioned anything about diagnosis fee or such. Prior to making a decision, I let the receptionist know I needed time to think about it. Called the actual Dealer, and for the same work I was quoted $890.00, this includes diagnosis fee as well. Decided to come on 8/3/22 to pick my car up in the morning, 10:00 AM, and during check out, they attempted to charge me $300+ for Diagnosis and a power steering "Flush" , that supposedly they had to do in order to fully diagnosed. After debating the issue, the representative changed the story and said they never did it at all and apologized... well, for an undiscussed diagnosis fee, to replace a steering pump, for them to call it "bad" they want $150.00 dollars....The owner was present as well, and her solution to this was to offer me a free oil change on my next visit? 10 out of 10 will not go there again, what a rip off.
