I’m a six-time repeat customer of Honest-1 because the level of technical proficiency, communication, customer service and professionalism is usually excellent. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. Communication, professionalism and honesty were excellent, but accountability and customer service was not. My vehicle was taken in three times for the same issue over a span of 5 months I believe, and never repaired completely. Honest-1 expected me to pay for its oversight on what was called, “a standard repair procedure.” My complaint is due to the fact that the procedure is standard, so I expect any technician to know what’s standard. Unfortunately, Honest-1 requested that I pay for its multiple attempts at repairing the part using a standard procedure. I don’t think I should be held responsible for the cost of the repair. I have certainly appreciated the service in the past, but this most recent lack of accountability and customer is my reason for the 1 star.
