Car problems can be so stressful for a busy mom like me. They let me use their loaner car, gave me a lift back to work when needed, and gave me helpful and knowledgeable information to help me to make the best decision about my Mom Van. Very welcoming and polite team!!! The work was done promptly. The estimated waiting time was 30-40 min and the state inspection was done in 15-20 min. The great waiting area with coffee and snacks. I appreciate the snack bag in the car the after car returned! Recommend it to everyone and sure I will go back again for another bumper-to-bumper service.

The staff at Honest-1 were phenomenal. Didn’t try to upsell too much and they performed great service with great prices. They topped off fluids and even left me a little thank you note with a snack! What a great customer experience. They even have a text service to keep you informed. Highly recommend!
