Love this Auto Care business. They are courteous and helpful the minute you walk in. They answered any questions or concerns right away and respectfully. They also keep you informed about your vehicle's status throughout your visit. As a women, we tend to get talked down to or ignored in the auto care industry. This business goes above and beyond to make it a welcoming and stress free environment. The waiting area is super nice with everything you might need, including yummy snacks and a little play area for your kiddos if needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND -

Fantastic service and value, very personable and professional staff, GREAT waiting room for quick service appointments (oil change, tires, etc.). After taking our SUV to them, I'm not taking our vehicles anywhere else.

I drive from Denton to go to Honest - 1, because I love it there, and I love supporting a woman-owned business. They make me feel included in my auto-care, which as a gal, is often hard to find. They educate me, have referred me to specific service people they know at Nissan for things they cannot help me with, and the Cheez-it crackers in my car after it’s serviced is just a cherry on top. The waiting space is comfy and inviting. They have a basket full of snacks, fridge full of drinks, a very fun coffee machine, wifi, and a small kid play area. It really feels like you’re just hanging out in someone’s living room, which I love. They take photos of your car as they inspect it so you can actually see what they are saying needs fixed/replaced. And I truly feel like they want you to be in the know and make educated decisions with your car care. Highly recommend.

Came here for a tire patch but was told I needed a replacement. Staff were friendly and welcoming, they even left a little bag of complimentary chips in my car. I was undecided so I left before they could service my car but I still appreciate their hospitality.

Great experience! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The team took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car and walked me through all the repairs without any pressure. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough they were.
