In checking out the new kid on the block, I very pleasantly surprised to find the owners greeting me and going out of their way to see that my vehicle got in quickly for an oil change. The waiting area is very comfortable with free drinks and snacks offered, a large TV and fireplace! And the best part in my mind is, this is a woman owned and woman run business in a predominately male dominated industry.....! You go girls..!!!

I loved the atmosphere and everyone was very kind. While there was a wait, which can be expected, it was made much better with the setup inside. As a mom I was grateful for the play area and the available snacks. My daughter barely noticed the wait which made the experience even better for myself.

My girlfriend just had my car serviced here. All in all, great customer service. They didn't try to up-sell her. Just told her like it was. All the car needed was an oil change. I took the car to the dealer not too long ago for brake service, radiator flush, transmission fluid change and spark plug change..so nothing else needed to be done other than oil change. Only a couple of things worth mentioning: - The service bays are closed off to the customers. For a company that prides itself as being "honest," it would be nice for the customer to actually see the mechanics work on their car. Lube places have been known to rip off customers because the customer can't see what they are doing to the car. - It would be nice to place a "next service due" sticker on the windshield of the car after being serviced. That way, a customer knows when to bring their vehicle back to get serviced. Would be helpful, especially for those that do not keep track of their vehicle's millage after the last oil change. Would try again. I realize that this is a new business and there is always room for improvement.
