OUTSTANDING! I had a visit for the first time today. I have a new car, however there was a slight burning smell to it. I spoke to Lance and he told me that, due to the wind over the last few days, a plastic bag was sucked up and stuck to part of the undercarriage of my car. He told me not to worry and even offered to remove it. Lance also gave me a tour of the store. I felt as if I was walking into a 4 star hotel! You must stop by, see the operation and meet Lance.

Though they couldn't complete the repair I needed, I was very happy with the service I received. They were timely, polite, and honest. They showed me what was wrong, explained what needed to be done, and referred me to a muffler shop that could do the repair quickly. There is a great, clean waiting area with complementary refreshments. I'll be returning when I need my next oil change!

First time customer for an oil change, excellent in and out job and friendly staff. I suggest anyone from Austin Ranch to come on out and give the local guys your business. All new equipment, bottled water for yourself and pooch, too!
