They screwed up my Audi. They put the wrong O-ring on the drain plug after the oil change service. Guess what happened after that. I had horrible fluid leaking. They made the same mistake twice. However, their service is superb! That’s why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. They wasted almost 10 quarts of oil. Well, I gotta go to clean my garage floor, such a nightmare.

Always fast and honest!

1st time using auto shop and as of now they did a very good job and most of all they were up front on what needed to be done and pricing. Been a long time since I gave found an honest car repair shop. Will be going back.

Had a lovely experience getting my oil changed here. They have lots of complimentary snacks and drinks which is always nice!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner as she picked me up from my home to drive me to their shop to get my wife's car. I had an issue that happened and she went beyond my expectations to resolve the issue refunding the entire thing and on top of that gave $100 discount. That's beyond good service and blew me away with her generosity. My wife's car is now running excellent and I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants a good car work experience.
