Lewisville Auto Repair

Girlfriend went in for an inspection and oil change. They proceeded to tell her she needed a Bunch of stuff done to her car . We left California and it was all completed literally just before we arrived here. Receipts in the glove box still. Not to mention the guy at the counter looked like he was high as a kite, Eyes all blood shot. Guessing drug testing is optional . we won't be back.

Went into have my AC repaired on Saturday afternoon, wasnt sure how long it would take or how much it would cost but miscommunication lead to having the car stay over night and not having a car for 2 days. Left a voicemail and the manager was willing to drive over on easter sunday morning to unlock the shop and make sure I had my car, which i declined however i much appreciated the offer. This a fantastic example of how to make a wrong a right. had my car ac repaired at a fantastic value. wonderful customer service and will absolutely be returning for future repair services!!!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The waiting room is kept clean and they have free refreshments. The prices are reasonable and they offer free shuttle service if you can't wait for the repairs to be serviced. I like being able to make an appointment on line. It's so close to where I live that I will be a regular customer!
