Let me tell how how much I am frustrated with Honest 1. Took the car in because the AC was not working, they look at it and find that a hose is broken and needs to be replaced. The hose is not something they keep in stock for my vehicle, it's a Volvo so that is to be expected. They said when we were ready to have it replaced to give them a call a day before so they could have the part sent to them overnight. I called on a Monday to set up an appointment for Wednesday, Anna answers the phone and I tell her that a part needed to be ordered I wanted to make sure they had plenty of time to order it. Arrive on Wednesday for the appointment and sadly the part had not been ordered. They ordered the part and apologized. Came in the next day and dropped the car off. Sadly the part was not correct so they were unable to replace it. They call and tell us they know a place that can rebuild the part for less than buying a new one, awesome saving money and they still offer the warranty on it. But once the car was ready to be picked up they asked for the full amount. I asked how much they paid to have it rebuilt and was told it was 160, that's about 150 cheaper than the original part. Why was I being asked to pay full price for a part they had rebuilt. I don't leave bad reviews because I understand things happen. It's like okay you forgot to order the part, things happen. But never once did anyone apologize for the inconveniences. I was given attitude for asking details about how much they paid for things to see if it was properly reflected on my bill. Not giving them a one star because I did get an oil change there and they were upfront about everything with that. Just feel like I was being taken advantage of.
