Everyone was so nice and willing to help. I called the day before at closing time. Sent in pictures of my issue. And they fit me in the following morning to have everything resolved and fixed by lunch time. I had the up most confidence that they would get everything done.

Started the day going to a couple other places for a State Inspection. Was told at two others it would be over an hour wait. I didn't have time for that. On my way home, I saw the State Inspection sign in the window so decided to see how long it would be. Went inside and was told it would be less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Crazy enough, it was just that. The waiting area is very comfortable. There was complimentary drinks and snacks of a different variety. Will be going back for my future service. Thank you.

I showed up with my dog on a very rainy morning to get my oil changed, daytime driving lights replaces, tires rotated and state inspection complete. I parked my car and within minutes a very considerate lady with an umbrella was at my driver side door to escort me thru the rain. The lobby area was very clean and everyone was super friendly; the girls even gave my dog a treat. I made an appt so they knew what needed to be done. Left my car with them and within about an hour and 1/2 they gave me a call to say everything was complete. Growing up with a dad as a mechanic, I believe their rates are fair. If you want fast, friendly, excellent customer service without the grungy "charge you for things you don't need done" auto shop feel, then I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care! Plus they leave a snack and thank you card in your car.
