I came to Honest-1 after having a bad experience across the street with NTB. I was initially skeptical, but quickly realized that this shop was sincere with regards to creating a different type of automobile repair shop experience. I made a repair appointment on-line, which was immediately confirmed. I brought my automobile in and they quickly deduced the problem without any prompting from me. I especially liked how the mechanic personally visited with me explaining everything he saw. He was spot-on regarding the car being damaged, and went so far as to predict the "cause & effect". The repair quote was fair and reasonable in terms of parts and labor. Plus, their repair work is guaranteed for 3 years and was completed in a timely fashion. And lastly, their front office was professional and extremely gracious. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience and felt valued as a customer. In summation, I would highly recommend this shop for maintenance and standard repairs. I have lived in Southeast Denton county for over 20 years and as a result, I have unfortunately tried a number of repair shops from Carrollton to Lewisville to Plano over the years, and I can say without equivocation, that outside of Mr. Tiner's radiator shop in Downtown Lewisville, that I had the best experience at Honest-1, bar none.
