Honest-1 was a pleasant change of pace. The staff was fast, courteous, and professional. Their lobby was also very clean and fully stocked (drinks/snacks) to make sure customers were comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I was going to get my car fixed at midas, but I went around for estimates. H1 beat their price, used better parts, went the extra mile checking my car. They even provided a loaner. Waiting area is nicer than a doctors office with 2 tv's. Amazing.
HAD to leave a review. I came in with a problem on my Cadillac ATS after talking with the dealer, who was wanting to charge me $125 to step inside my car. The Honest 1 technician drove it for about 5 min then lifted it up in the air and found some bent metal shielding making the rattling noise that I was hearing. He bent it back and charged nothing. I did give him a little cash because of my appreciation. Efficient and HONEST service. Great first impression and now I will skip the dealer and get all of my oil changes/services done here. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.
