My first time experience I was impressed No pressure on repairs & my wife was happy

Aesthetically speaking, this is probably the nicest auto repair shop I've ever been to. People were pleasant and service was moderately quick.

Awesome service. Like the name says, its honest mechanic work. They dont give you the runaround or try to sell you stuff you dont need. All around great mechanic shop. 5 stars

Took my car for an oil change. They said I needed new brakes and tried charging me $380 to have it fixed. Took it to Pep boys in Frisco same job and was quoted $125. Also was told I had a crack in my engine. Took it to two other shops and none of them could find the so called crack. Not so honest auto care. Also you could not get oil filter cap off and had to use my tool. I added my confirmation of my appointment since I you say you have no record of me. But since I was never a customer why do I have charges from you on my credit card.....

This was my second visit several months from the first, and it shocked me that they were as friendly and personable as I remembered. Not to mention, they remembered my name and greeted me as I entered. I was also impressed that my girls art work was still on the wall. I tell you one thing it definitely doesn't feel like a mechanic shop. It feels as if I'm visiting family and my uncle/big brother is just checking on my car making sure its safe .....lol......The service was quick and fast. All I was missing was a pillow and blanket to relax. I'm sure that would've made it happen if I'd ask!!!! You All Rock...... Don't ever change. If I'm ever looking for work again. I would love go be apart of such an awesome team. I APPROVED THIS MESSAGE!....LOL
