Staff was very nice and helpful.was given a carfax report which I really appreciated.waiting area nicer than most. COFFEE and snacks are offered. My car was brought out and waiting when I arrived to pick it up They will see me again

I've visited H1 twice now; once for a motorcycle inspection and just now for an inspection/oil change/brake flush on my BMW. Everyone I've worked with over there has been professional and friendly. The building is very nice and they offer complimentary drinks and snacks while you wait. They have a little area for children as well, which my 2 year old made use of on our first visit. The techs found an oil leak on my car and had me come out into the bay and they showed me what they were seeing with flashlights; I didn't like the leak but I liked that they were keeping me in the loop. Overall I've had great experiences there and you can tell they try to go the extra mile for their customers which is very much appreciated. I'll continue to service my vehicles here and would definitely recommend them.

As usual, this team took great care of my car and me. A new issue popped up on my way home, so I turned around and went straight back and voila--problem found and fixed. Special shout-out to Angelo. ; ) Looking forward to a safe road trip over Thanksgiving. Thank you all!

They were fun and friendly and professional. Had to get it done on a Saturday with a last minute appointment because I work during the week and they didn't let me down.

Honest 1 is a top rate shop. They are very friendly and concerned about you car problems. They are very people oriented.

Had oil change. Brake light on but didn't try to sell me brakes I didn't need. Also, nice lobby area with refreshments appreciated. Whole staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me fee appreciated.

I would gladly take my car back here again the manager of the place is excellent
