Took car in for inspection. Very fast and efficient. Very nice waiting room and everyone super friendly. Highly recommend.

I rolled on after 6pm on a Thursday. Staff was happy to greet me and get my oil change done. Free wifi, drinks and snacks were a great touch, as was the comfy waiting area. They finished my car in a jif and I was on my way! They definitely earned a forever customer tonight.

This has got to be the slowest shop I have been to. I had a 10am appt, so I arrived at 9:30 (I was taught to always be early for appointments). At about 10:45am the technician finally moves my car to the bay area. It is now nearly 1pm and I am STILL sitting in the waiting area with no answer to my problems I reported. I drove from Richardson to try this place out since I had heard they cater to treating women fairly. I have done a lot of my own work on my vehicle. So, I'm not one of those women who don't know anything about cars. I will NEVER come back again. About to get my car and go elsewhere. **Update** 1:27pm Still have no solid answer and have finally asked for my vehicle so that I can take it somewhere else. We shall see how long it takes to get my vehicle back. They obviously are not trained in diagnosing suv heating systems.

Great people great atmosphere and a feeling they really want to help you. You can trust them with your car problems.

I had no appointment and got an oil change in less than an hour. They worked me in while I drank coffee and had a mid-morning snack at their snack bar.

Fast, efficient and all around great customer care. Not only with my car but taking care while I waited with my daughter. She was kept entertained and happy the whole time with toys and snacks. I had fresh coffee and a comfortable place to wait for my vehicle. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.

Went for a vehicle inspection. Service was quick and their building was clean and well maintained. Service associates were also really nice. For a first impression, they made a really good one.
