Really polite and wonderful!

You know exactly what I need done when I get there. The door is opened for me when I arrive and I have a great spot to set up my remote office while I wait for my car. Thank you for always taking care of my family and our vehicles.

These guys are super professional, great communicators, and prices seem reasonable. We have been there several times with many of our cars. My son was left a snack in his seat from them and he could not have been more excited. It was just that personal touch that means so much. We will be back!

They got me in at the last minute yesterday and provided the utmost exceptional service. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle took additional time to address other concerns I had, not related to the service previously provided. Did I mentioned that it was late, almost 7 pm and he still had a smile while addressing my concerns. You get more then what you pay for at this service center. Great job Honest-1 Auto Care!!

Best auto shop in dallas Texas ! They were very helpful and patient and that was just what I needed. Also I think they know a lot about cars and fixing Them!! I really appreciate the way they handle business !

First time visit for simple tire rotation. I was very pleased w/ what I saw as an alternative to dealership car maintenance. I will be back for both my cars.

Finally a real trustworthy automotive service center that not only treats you like a person, they actually care! As a business owner with multiple vehicles I was amazed the moment I pulled up with my truck and boat trailer for inspection on both by the greeting before I even walked in followed by a very impressive waiting area with food and beverages FREE! That's not the most important but, it is impressive as well as a children's play area and a staff that really seems to enjoy being there. All I can say is, if you're looking for a "GREAT" service center that is customer friendly here it is!

Visited the facility yesterday for the first time for a simple job. The shop was busy and I was pressed for time. One of the service writers Chris took care care of the job himself so I won't have to wait or come back later. Great customer service at an honest charge. Glad to have you nearby. Elie
