Honest-1 overall did a great job. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is the fact I was promised a phone call with an estimate the same day (Saturday). Instead 2 hours before closing I had to initiate the phone call and was told they would not be able to give me the estimate until Monday. When I told them I was disappointed in the fact they didn’t follow through on what they said earlier they DID make it right by checking out my car immediately and giving me the quote as promised. I HIGHLY recommend Honest-1 and will not hesitate using them again. GREAT job guys.
