Went for a vehicle inspection. Service was quick and their building was clean and well maintained. Service associates were also really nice. For a first impression, they made a really good one.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys and their service. Lance, Chris and everyone from the front desk to the expert mechanics who take care of your car as if it is one of their own. I have never worked with a group of people more courteous, and detail oriented who make you feel very good when it comes to work being one on your car. They take pride in everything they do, and will always go the extra mile to work with you, and make sure that your needs are met without breaking your wallet. They wanted to charge me $100 just to tell me i needed a new blower I went to 3rd street Garage and they told me in less than 5 min what was wrong and didn't charge me that much to get it fixed.

Where to start? I have been at this location before and it's always been great, but today they took the cake!!! Due to my type of work spending several hours trying to get my car worked on is very challenging, my car needed inspection, oil change and alignment due to a recent accident, so I called Robin at Honest 1 and she said no worries. Next thing I know she had someone coming to my house to pick up my vehicle and left me a loaner so I could do what I needed to do, later in the day they call me to say the car was almost done and how much paid over the phone and they dropped my car off again at my house and picked up their loaner. WOW, if that is not outstanding customer service I don't know what is.......thank you guys, "I'll be back" 😊😊
