I always take my car here for service. I have a Lexus and a Mercedes and they are honest and do excellent work.

Awesome service and very quick! No worry to stay with little kids : ) they have little play area and snacks & juices. Two Thumbs up!

I like this place. I do feel like they are honest. Slow, sometimes, but I guess that’s because they are busy. Great snacks so you don’t get hangry while you wait.

This place is so convenient, great customer service, and so attentive to their customers. The owners are super understanding and interact with their customers as well. This place CARES. Employees are awesome I could go on & on plus they have an awesome snack bar� I totally recommend them!

What a beautiful, friendly, honest place. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I went for winterization and an inspection. They told me my car was in great shape for the winter, didn't need a thing, and didn't charge me for it. I was surprised and impressed. Will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others. Even though I live in Coppell, it's worth a drive to North Carrollton/Lewisville area to get such great service. My grandson loved the little snack they left for me in the car. How sweet!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The service was very quick that I didn't have to wait for long. I had an inspection done for my vehicle for the vehicle registration from Honest-1 auto care and I was very satisfied with their service, I only had to wait for 10-15 minutes while enjoying a hot beverage they had for customers. I recommend this place.

I came in without an appointment Saturday morning around 9:00 for an oil change. They allowed me to leave my vehicle there and gave me a courtesy ride to my home. About three hours later, they called to let me know my vehicle was ready and offered to come pick me up. No extra charges or unusual requests for additional services. Overall, a very good experience.
