Had my car serviced and brakes redone. Very pleased with the service and all the work done. Great people to work with as they really do care and want to give you a great experience. Great snack area if you have to wait and a treat left in your car to thank you for your business.

Second time going to Honest-1 and I have absolutely no regrets. They have really friendly and helpful customer service that a lot of other businesses could learn to emulate. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car repairs.

I had a state inspection and an oil change. It went very well, I left it overnight and picked it up the next morning. I highly recommend that, waiting around for results is a poor use of time. I was pleased with the results.

It's difficult to find people let alone companies that have and display good old fashioned honor and values.They have gone over and above in providing great customer service and they do quality work.

Had to schedule an appointment for 5:30 even cake in early. I sat over an hr and a half just to get a oil change! Shouldn’t even take that long nor should I need to schedule if they’re not going to be on time! I don't normally rate but this deserves a bad rating! Recommend going somewhere else if you’re able to!

Always fast and under budget.

I rarely review anything online, but this was such a poor experience I had to say something. I had a battery replaced in early December 2017 here. I let them know that I'd had a battery replaced on the car within the last year, but they said that's what it was so I trusted them. 3 weeks later the car wouldn't start with similar issues so I took it back because of warranty on battery. They said it would take a little longer to figure it out this time. I said okay. 3 days later I called them because I had not heard anything. They said they didn't know yet. I asked them to please just keep me posted even if it's no news. 2 days later I called them. No news yet, they said. To make a long story short, they had the car for eight days. The problem was that it was sending a charge to the disconnected dome light so they said they fixed that which I believe (Should it really take that long?) Two weeks later my car started having problems starting again. Rather than go through the possibility of losing my car for a week, I took it somewhere else. As soon as the mechanic at a different auto repair shop hooked up his machine to test the battery, he let me know that the cable hookup to the battery was not secure. The previous car shop had not even bothered to tighten the cables! I took it for granted that they would so I didn't double check. They also broke my driver side window controls without saying anything. This was the most inconsiderate experience I've ever had at any auto repair place when you put it all together. There are several better options available who know what their doing and are more courteous and respectful towards your time and automobile. The car runs fine now thanks to a different auto repair store.
