I rarely review anything online, but this was such a poor experience I had to say something. I had a battery replaced in early December 2017 here. I let them know that I'd had a battery replaced on the car within the last year, but they said that's what it was so I trusted them. 3 weeks later the car wouldn't start with similar issues so I took it back because of warranty on battery. They said it would take a little longer to figure it out this time. I said okay. 3 days later I called them because I had not heard anything. They said they didn't know yet. I asked them to please just keep me posted even if it's no news. 2 days later I called them. No news yet, they said. To make a long story short, they had the car for eight days. The problem was that it was sending a charge to the disconnected dome light so they said they fixed that which I believe (Should it really take that long?) Two weeks later my car started having problems starting again. Rather than go through the possibility of losing my car for a week, I took it somewhere else. As soon as the mechanic at a different auto repair shop hooked up his machine to test the battery, he let me know that the cable hookup to the battery was not secure. The previous car shop had not even bothered to tighten the cables! I took it for granted that they would so I didn't double check. They also broke my driver side window controls without saying anything. This was the most inconsiderate experience I've ever had at any auto repair place when you put it all together. There are several better options available who know what their doing and are more courteous and respectful towards your time and automobile. The car runs fine now thanks to a different auto repair store.
