My experience was GREAT! I could trust what they told me was going on with my car was true. The service and staff were excellent!!!

Very nice people, they have free snacks, drinks, tv, a play area for kids, and a clean restroom. Their coupon is what brought me in, but their service is what will keep me going back.

Honestly one of the greatest car service places I’ve been to. Customer service was so sincere! Unlike other places, they aren’t interested in scamming you into spending more money on unimportant services. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

I could not be more pleased to have found a trusted and caring local auto shop. I have been there for services big and small and every time I have been seen promptly, had my problems and solutions explained to me in plain language, and paid a fair price. Plus, while I sit there I can drink coffee, have a snack, and watch HGTV which is essentially what I would be doing at home. Highly recommended shop!

Had my car serviced and brakes redone. Very pleased with the service and all the work done. Great people to work with as they really do care and want to give you a great experience. Great snack area if you have to wait and a treat left in your car to thank you for your business.

Second time going to Honest-1 and I have absolutely no regrets. They have really friendly and helpful customer service that a lot of other businesses could learn to emulate. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car repairs.

I had a state inspection and an oil change. It went very well, I left it overnight and picked it up the next morning. I highly recommend that, waiting around for results is a poor use of time. I was pleased with the results.

It's difficult to find people let alone companies that have and display good old fashioned honor and values.They have gone over and above in providing great customer service and they do quality work.

Had to schedule an appointment for 5:30 even cake in early. I sat over an hr and a half just to get a oil change! Shouldn’t even take that long nor should I need to schedule if they’re not going to be on time! I don't normally rate but this deserves a bad rating! Recommend going somewhere else if you’re able to!
