First off I would like to say that the lady who had helped me at the front desk was awesome, but the service that I had received over a course of two days was not. I had dropped off my wife's truck for an inspection of the vehicle because it was making a sputtering noise whenever starting the truck. We looked under the hood and tried all the lights and everything thinking that it was not the battery. I took it in yesterday at 10 am, dropped it off and told them what was going on. I didn't get a call from a mechanic until almost 8 pm saying that he thought it was the battery and would call me the next day, I understand places are busy but a full day? So I give them another shot, I wait until 12 pm without hearing anything from anyone. I called and reached the front desk from a person named Anna, not the lady whom had helped me. She said she was going to check with the tech. I waited 2 hours. Called again, and I can't remember her name, but another lady answered. She had given me a time frame of 15 minutes which she stuck to. They changed the battery and the vehicle was ready, she said that the tech did not hear any sounds. I was pretty upset but didn't want to cause a scene, so I said thank you and went to the truck. I started up the truck and it was still making the sounds. I went back in and told the lady, and then the tech proceeded to come to the truck. I started the engine and then the tech gave me a lecture about how there was a miscommunication and if he was told it was the starter he wouldn't have changed the battery and how it wasn't his fault. I just expected more professionalism, I guess.
