I was very impressed with the Company. My daughter had a car issue on her drive up to Dallas and we were able to get in for service at the last minute. Our issue was resolved quickly. Very impressed with this Company.

I enjoyed my first experience here very much! The staff was courteous and informative about what needed to be done on my car. Also the facility itself is a very comfortable atmosphere that provided snacks and drinks while you waited. Prices were fair and it seems they did quality service on my Mazda 3.

Very nice facility. Comfortable customer lounge with nice tv, fireplace, armchairs. They have sodas*, coffee,water, juice and packaged snacks. They have wifi and a great area for you to work on laptop etc. as well as a kid play area. Large clean restroom with a changing station. Could only be better with charging stations for phones and a deadbolt lock on the bathroom. They actually answer the phone and there are several people available to help you when you walk in, even if you have to wait for the actual service as is to be expected, they find out what service you're needing and get you in the queue right away. I came in on a Saturday, very busy day. I needed new wiper blades which they didn't have on site but they had them there in 30 minutes. Price was in line with what I remember paying elsewhere for the same. I asked if they would have time to change oil while waiting on blades to arrive, or if they were just too slammed to fit it in, as we had an optometrist appointment across the way in 40 minutes. Rather than waste my time for an incremental sale and make us late to that appointment he smiled and said they would not have time. I heard them on the phone with others being very honest that they would not be able to fit XYZ in today, but offering Monday as an alternative etc. In the end they had the blades delivered /on my car and me out the door under about an hour. *And they have Coke and Dr. Pepper, like proper folks😬😉

I was so very impressed with the customer service! They were friendly, professional and had me back on the road in what seemed like no time at all!!! I would recommend them highly!!!

Experience was great. Staff was friendly an keep me up to date with the progress of work being done. Waiting room was stocked with coffee an snacks. When finished they went over what was done.

The reason this place lost a star was because I was not told my car was ready I saw them pull it up and it I sat there for a good 5 minutes before I walk up and said hey that's my car am I ready and person said oh yeah your ready other that they where great and the waiting room was nice it have drinks and snacks free of charge.

Never been disappointed with them! They are always timely, helpful, and welcoming. They get you the best deal and aren't pushy about selling you more. They truly are honest about what you absolutely should do that day and what can wait. I really appreciate them! Completely recommend.
