UPDATE: about 10 minutes after writing this review, the location contacted me to help me get to work. The next day, the owner Robin personally came to pick me up and take me to work. She brought me donuts and apologized profusely. She noted that they had contacted Indeed to place an ad for more help so that this experience would not occur again. She was VERY friendly and genuine with her response. I actually learned a lot from her and enjoyed our conversation. My car was repaired and ready for me when I got off. I only put 4 stars because they quoted me a "discounted" price when I went to get my car, but it was actually the original price they quoted me from the start. Someone was to call me about it the next day and never did, but I'm okay with that. I am furious. After having my car for 12 HOURS, I had to contact this location 4 times (was hung up on 2 of the 4 times) to find out that they never received the part they ordered for my car. This has left me stranded with no way to get to work tomorrow. Since I was originally contacted at 11:40am to be told that my service would take 1/2 hour to complete, I did not plan on having to have back up transportation. I am very shocked by this outcome, as my initial visit in January of 2018 was great. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer and expect discounted services for this delay. Businesses should NEVER be this poor with communication.
