So I’ve done my last few oil changes at this location for 2 of my vehicles, sadly taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of positive work attitude that just didn’t rub off on me the right way. Got there and the individual by the name of JR apperantly had a bad start to his day or just simply hates his job. There for I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car this time. Someone let the man know smiles are free and customer Sevice is key to earning anyone’s trust.

1st visit & was very impressed w my service & the waiting area! Also enjoyed the little “happy” (snack) that was left in my car w a note.

I did not have a good experience. When I called back (11:00 AM) to discuss what was found wrong with my car, a gentleman pulled up my account, and looked at it, and said this can't be correct, and he said he would call me back. He never did. I received a call from Jamie around 2:00 to discuss what was found, and she emailed the details. I called back around 2:30 PM and talked to a different gentleman, telling to go ahead and please just do the oil change, and he said it would be ready in 1 hour. I called back in one hour (3:10) and Jamie answered, and said she would need to check on my car and would call me back. She didn't. I CALLED BACK AT 3:40 pm and a gentleman answered and said he would check, and he said my car was just being started, even though he said it would be ready at 3:00. Then I get a call around 4:10 PM stating my car was ready, and the oil change was already done, the gentleman I talked to at 3:40 was talking about the wrong car. You could not keep track of my car at all and didn't call back when you said you would. This was the first time I used your service, and it was the last.

Had to get an oil change and decided to come in because the Colony location is close to home. Was pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff was and how comfortable to waiting area is. Price was fair and everything seems to be running smoothly with my car so I'm happy!

Just had my car in to fixed something couple days ago and i had been there before as well, and LOVE everything about the place and the services. The waiting area so fancy they got snacks, bottle water and sodas for you for FREE while you waiting. I will come back there when i need something for my car.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Repairs were made in a reasonable amount of time.

Everyone who works here is so amazing. The actual facility is super nice. I had a long-ish wait when I got my oil changed, and I barely noticed the time. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The fact that they have drinks and snacks (all free!) was a huge plus. Recently they completed quite a bit of work on my car (wheel bearings, horn, brakes), and they were very communicative about what needed to be done and why. They explained everything in full detail. My car is running like new. Having drop off and pick up is also brilliant. Made my life so easy. And they left a bag of Cheez-itz in my car for me to find! Seriously cannot recommend Honest-1 highly enough.

The staff was very friendly and the work was completed quickly. I will definitely use them again for any future auto repairs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and I can’t recall ever having that feeling about car repair. Normally such an expensive headache, but these folks do solid work and charge fairly. I’ve taken three cars there so far with various levels of issues. All of been handled extremely professionally and I felt fairly treated every time. Do yourself a favor and let these folks handle your car repair needs.

With most auto repair places, you walk in and feel like you are about to be taken advantage of by the location trying to convince you that you need more work than you came in for, well NOT Honest-1 Auto Care. These folks are looking to earn your trust and your business. I made an appointment and knew I was going to have to sit there while my truck was worked on, but when I arrived, got checked in, JR offered multiple times to provide me a ride home or elsewhere. Honestly I am glad I declined. I posted up and worked on my laptop, and all the while listening and watching how the employees treated each and every guest, whether it by phone or in person. I can say with 100% certainty, these guys live by their name...HONEST. It was just a delight to be treated with respect, not pushed on things I didn't need, and when things were worked on, the technician came inside, showed me what the problems were and said, "it will be like new here shortly". And it was. To top it off, I met one of the owners who was there the entire time I was, and when I got in my truck to head home, they had left a note and a bag of cheese-its as a way to just say they appreciated my business! Highly recommend these guys (and gals) and they have surely earned my future business for all of my car care needs!
