I did not have a good experience. When I called back (11:00 AM) to discuss what was found wrong with my car, a gentleman pulled up my account, and looked at it, and said this can't be correct, and he said he would call me back. He never did. I received a call from Jamie around 2:00 to discuss what was found, and she emailed the details. I called back around 2:30 PM and talked to a different gentleman, telling to go ahead and please just do the oil change, and he said it would be ready in 1 hour. I called back in one hour (3:10) and Jamie answered, and said she would need to check on my car and would call me back. She didn't. I CALLED BACK AT 3:40 pm and a gentleman answered and said he would check, and he said my car was just being started, even though he said it would be ready at 3:00. Then I get a call around 4:10 PM stating my car was ready, and the oil change was already done, the gentleman I talked to at 3:40 was talking about the wrong car. You could not keep track of my car at all and didn't call back when you said you would. This was the first time I used your service, and it was the last.
