Had a 5 Star Experience at Honest Car Care. Stopped in on my way to work with possible alternator issue. JR and staff we're friendly, & welcoming. They ran a test and all was good. My dash lights had dimmed so I thought could be trouble even tho I just had my battery replaced, however the team there nicely let me know that my Interior lights can be adjusted and possibly they might have been tapped when I change my battery previously. They were kind and did not make me feel like an idiot. As a added note: The vibe there is very inviting. Nice comfy chairs and great tv and fireplace. Thank You to the team at Honest Car Care for Excellence in Customer Service.

Honest-1 does a great job and seems to be truly interested in providing excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and meets every commitment they make. I like taking my car there and I know I can count on quality work.

Very pleased to find the location open at 7am, and ready to do my state inspection. The interior is warm and inviting, much nicer than most automotive ships waiting rooms. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I especially enjoyed meeting the shop dog Rocko, and finding a complimentary bag of Cheezits left in my car as a thank-you for my business.

Went in for an oil change and was charged for an extra quart of oil which no one else ever charged me for but their website does say up to 5 quarts like everyone else does. Other than that the place was clean and they put a free snack in my truck which was a nice gesture.

Well their friendliness, humor and help I got an very expensive battery. I feel they did the very best they could. And they put up with me.

Easily the best car care experience I’ve had in a long time. Great customer service, clean office, awesome kid area, snacks, and coffee/drinks. I was there with my 1 yr old for an hour and it wasn’t stressful at all. Took our other car in the next day.

Old fashioned professional service. As a first time customer they greeted me with warmth. When I told him I couldn’t stay for the two hours needed for my repair, they offered me a ride home and even picked me up. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Them!!
