Check engine light came on while I was driving. Closest car repair was Honest-1. They looked at the computer code and reset the light. Turned out to be a fluke this time. But they gave superior service and a ride home while the check was done. No charge since no diagnostics were done, I find that impressive as they could have rightly charged for their time. I will go there for my car service from now on. Nice to find honest, caring people. And a snack size Cheez-its in the car for the drive home! Bravo!

Walked in for an oil change and they took me on the spot. Service was impressive and I was never pressured once to do any extra upgrades or services. The free drinks and snacks was a nice touch - they even left a "thank you" snack in my car after it was done! Price was right. Will be going back for other auto care needs!

I love this place! I’m a 28 year old woman and I always feel super comfortable and taken care of here. I’ve brought my car here for servicing since I found them and I won’t be going anywhere else. Their waiting room is so accommodating and comfortable and the staff are all super nice! I highly recommend.

I don’t know why there are so many 5 star reviews, but I would pay VERY close attention to the 1 star reviews. They are not respectful of your time, they overcharge for EVERYTHING-including charging you labor on an oil change, and they always come back with hundreds of dollars you need to do in repairs. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and the facility is clean. That’s about it. I tried to give them more than one chance and have been consistently disappointed and shocked at how much I’m spending. Stay away.

A trashcan more closely resembles my experience here than 1-Star. Not only did Honest-1 Auto Care manage to waste 2 1/2 hours of both mine and my fiancé’s Tuesday (on a seemingly slow day), but also extorted $25 from us in the process for performing little to no service at all. The capitalist in me implores each and everyone of you reading this to take your vehicle to any other auto shop possible. I’m new to the area and was looking for a auto shop close to home to call mine for the indefinite future and come to this place with the simple task of getting a state inspection done for my Land Rover, BUT NO. This proves too difficult. After being told that my car sat there for two hours and the only thing that happened was someone glanced at the dashboard and saw a light was on and nothing further happened, I asked what the light was for? I was met with a blank stare (I know that the light has been in for over 2 years and never produced any codes), they had done NOTHING in 2 hours. So we waited another 30 minutes for them to follow through with my request to see what may have caused the light to be on. Wouldn’t you know, the old Rover failed to produce any codes at all. Who woulda thought? BUT WAIT, there’s more! Now, after all this, guy behind the counter informs me they can’t do the inspection, because the light that showed nothing was wrong with the car was on. LASTLY, when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, we still were going to pay for them to glance at the dashboard or we couldn’t drive away. Well Honest-1 Auto Care I appreciate you friendly welcome to the Dallas area and I hope you go bankrupt. Very Respectfully, Kolten Johnson

Had a 5 Star Experience at Honest Car Care. Stopped in on my way to work with possible alternator issue. JR and staff we're friendly, & welcoming. They ran a test and all was good. My dash lights had dimmed so I thought could be trouble even tho I just had my battery replaced, however the team there nicely let me know that my Interior lights can be adjusted and possibly they might have been tapped when I change my battery previously. They were kind and did not make me feel like an idiot. As a added note: The vibe there is very inviting. Nice comfy chairs and great tv and fireplace.
