My experience with Honest-1 Auto care was pretty amazing. As a car enthusiast with an older, modified vehicle I am very weary to hand the keys over to just anyone. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my stipulations of even doing a simple safety inspection on my prized vehicle. They were quick to give me an estimate of when they would be able to complete what was required. I would definitely trust them again with both my vehicles.

Great service!

Charged me $150 for a diagnostic. Tells me it's my radiator and thermostat, charged me $1200 for that. Get car back Solenoid is still the issue (but you did a diagnostic) and now my heat barely works, afraid to Turk on AC and now Car is still running on safe mode because the Solenoid is still the original Issue. Need a mechanic in The Colony TX suggestions don't get ripped off. That's how I'm feeling about this adventure.

I visited Honest-1 for my first oil change. The staff was more than welcoming and talked me through my oil change options. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism shown to me. The warm and friendly environment will certainly warrant another service visit.

We go here regularly and are always happy. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service. We're treated like valued customers and people and not just a transaction. If you have to wait, they have a great waiting area with comfortable chairs, snacks, TV, and plenty of magazines.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of me! They even drove me to work so I wouldn’t have to uber. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family and going there from now on.
