Everything excellent!

DO NOT GO HERE. Complete waste of time. They don’t listen, nor do they honor their warranty. They treat you terrible and talk to you like a child slow and monotone almost demeaning. Came in to get my AC compressor replaced due to noises I hear when it’s on! So we let them tighten the belt (again) evac and recharge the system. (No part replacement) get to my hotel (30 min drive) an hour later go to start my van after loading up my stuff and the screech is still there only worse! Call them to ask what am I doing here forward this being my 4th honest 1 store I go to and get treated like complete garbage. I had to twist his arm for an ‘Homest 1’ answer that my part IS FAULTY and needs replacement but we couldn’t do that because why? Oh, no one will get paid for a job COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR A JOB THAT DIDNT LAST A MONTH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE PROFESSIONALLY FRANCHISED RAN SCAM ARTISTS.

Honest one should not be the name of this automotive repair shop because they are everything but honest.. let me tell you about the worst experience I've received had at a shop! I have a bmw that i take care of meticulously i do a lot of service to it at my home shop but since i was away out of the area i did not go to them, i walk in they take my info down the guy seemed pleasant they took my keys and i told them i was going to go grab a bite to eat. So i leave the shop snd i walk out into the parking lot (i never left i just didn't trust them enough) i see a tech pull my car in left my car in the bay for a while then maybe 15 minutes of not touching or going over the car he pops the hood and gets the car up in the air. He leaves again ! Im thinking he is getting tools to perform the oil change.. no he leaves for another 15-20 minutes comes back and lowers my car down.. at this point i think he has forgot to grab some info off the vehicle or something, but no he lowers the car down completely. Again i am confused he is messing with something under the hood i cant see what because im standing a little further pack than the parking spots but he shuts the hood and rolls the car out. GUESS WHAT HE DIDNT DO! MY OIL CHANGE THIS MAN LITERALLY HAD MY CAR IN THE AIR DROPPED IT TO MAKE IT SEEMED LIKE HE DID IT AND CLEANED OFF MY OIL FILTER HOUSING WHICH IS UP TOP DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU WHEN YOU POP HE HOOD ! Ive never felt so disrespected in my life i feel like i have been cheated and swindled i was so mad that i had to calmly pay and walk out because if i didn't there would be an issue

The people were actually really nice they didn’t seem miserable to be at work which I always hate and it was surprisingly inexpensive I thought it was going to be expensive but it wasn’t and they were very punctual very quick I’m super happy and I will definitely go back and refer them to anybody else that lives near here

Did a complete check on my AC & identified the real Issue. The previous auto shop that I visited had recommended to change the entire AC Compressor that would have cost around 1000$.In the end it only cost me 180$. Thanks to the mechanics of Honest1 auto.The also provided timely updates on the status of the work being done.Great Place & No complains at all.
