I had a horrible experience!! I brought my mustang in to be checked for a long road trip, I was told I had a very small coolant leak and the repair would cost $360. I thought about it and decided better safe than sorry. Jaris told me it would be about an hour, after 2 hours I asked what was going on, they told me they tried 5 times to seat the new thermostat housing, but no luck. And now the leak is no longer “very small”, they cracked the manifold. Now it needed to be replaced, it went more sideways from there. The repair would be $560 “out the door” is what Jaris told me at their cost. I waited all day to hear from them, I had to call them, it was taking longer because they had to change my oil because they didn’t get a gasket sealed and coolant was in my oil. When it was finally ready the cost wasn’t what he said it was now $614, and I would get no warranty on the work because they didn’t make any money on the work. How was any of this my fault? I asked the owner to give me a call and surprise surprise no call!! Steer clear they will rip you off!! HONEST HA!!!!
