The best place to take your vehicle. Robin and her team made me feel welcome when the dealership I have bought 6 vehicles from could only give me an appointment a week later. She made room for me to get my truck worked on in a pinch and I had never met her before...But once I met her I felt like I had known her my whole life. She gave me ride home, had her mechanics talk me through everything, procured parts (throttle body) for my truck in the same day and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I will never take my track anywhere else. I am blown away with the great customer service! Just awesome!

ALL shops are in business to make money, so I accept that Honest1 will not necessarily have discount pricing. However, I am happy to do business with them, and would seek them out even if they weren't the closest shop. I expect to receive great service, an implicit understanding that I have the absolute right to know what my car does or doesn't need, and all the snacks and beverages I want. Honest1 has always met expectations.

Amazing service! Stopped in because during a cross country road trip from California to Virginia my check engine full engine power light came on. They verified the error code was due to my turbo’s pressure changing. Didn’t charge me a dime. Finished my road trip with no issues. Got to Virginia just fine - got to my normal shop in one piece. Without these guys I would have been panicking every 10 feet. So quick and so detailed! My mom lives near Castle Hills and this was a lifesaver to give me peace of mind for my remainder 1,600 miles! Would recommend to a friend, would come back again.

This is my second visit. Both times have been a positive experience. Everyone is genuinely friendly and kind. Today, I needed something simple and it was simple. I was in and out on the road in no time at all. I will be back! Give them a try.

They really go the extra mile. Got back into my car after getting an inspection and they left me a snack with a little thank you note. Little things like that are truly to be celebrated. :)

Very nice experience.

I had a horrible experience!! I brought my mustang in to be checked for a long road trip, I was told I had a very small coolant leak and the repair would cost $360. I thought about it and decided better safe than sorry. Jaris told me it would be about an hour, after 2 hours I asked what was going on, they told me they tried 5 times to seat the new thermostat housing, but no luck. And now the leak is no longer “very small”, they cracked the manifold. Now it needed to be replaced, it went more sideways from there. The repair would be $560 “out the door” is what Jaris told me at their cost. I waited all day to hear from them, I had to call them, it was taking longer because they had to change my oil because they didn’t get a gasket sealed and coolant was in my oil. When it was finally ready the cost wasn’t what he said it was now $614, and I would get no warranty on the work because they didn’t make any money on the work. How was any of this my fault? I asked the owner to give me a call and surprise surprise no call!! Steer clear they will rip you off!! HONEST HA!!!!
