I found these people when My wife and I first moved from Washington state six months ago to the great state of Texas! As an automotive sales professional for 17 years I’ve seen lots of service departments lots of repair shops these guys are par excellence! Incredible integrity the owner Robin is a complete rockstar and the staff to match!! Excellent reputation in the community for integrity, fairness, expediency willing to take the time to explain the process and do whatever they can to help you. The work is done quickly they do an excellent job of communicating with you throughout the process and their use of technology is amazing! I absolutely will not take my vehicles anywhere else!

Amazing group! They make me feel so welcome, walk me through what they are doing, show me what will Be doing, and explain it to me. They allow me all the time I need to make decisions and they never pressured me once to get something done I didn’t need. My safety is their priority when getting things done. They even had their manager call me the next day to explain what was going on with my car for an issue that will need to be addressed down the road. I will never take my car anywhere else. These people are wonderful.

I've been going here for a while for oil changes. First couple of times they were unable to get the oil I wanted due to it being out of stock. I was informed by their own employee at the front desk to just buy the oil & filter and bring it with me next time. Which is exactly what I did. The oil (Pennzoil Platinum Euro L for diesels) is very hard to find. Had no issues the next time. Today I drove 30 mins at 7 am for a scheduled oil change.. only for them to inform me that they changed their policies and will only use oil they obtain. The oil was still in the box sealed as well as the filter. I explained to them that this wasn't an issue the last couple of times and was promptly told "We changed out policies, sorry". Lol. I guess no notes were made on my account about me bringing my own oil since no one asked over the phone when I scheduled. Nor did they ask what oil I wanted. Went down the street to Wash Guys no and and got great service. Honest-1 where communication and customers matter...kinda sorta but not really!
