Beyond amazing! Daniel was the best when I came in. Told him my situation and helped diagnose a problem that a dealership turned me away for. It took him and maybe another to find the problem within 30 minutes while the dealership wanted to charge me for 3 odd extra hours. Honest 1 has my loyalty from here on out. Definitely go to them and you won’t get charged for random extra items.
The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and inviting. They explained the process and let me know what the cost was up front and if any additional costs come up they would let me know before moving forward. I will be going back in the future.

Honest 1 was my go to, after they let go the only 2 “honest” workers that they had I will not be going back. Crystal and Wade were the only 2 employees that my family and I would have trusted with our vehicles. Honest 1 will be losing a decent amount of clientele. The owners checked me out during one of my visits and they were very unprofessional and acted angry the whole time they were talking with me. I would not trust honest one, shady business. We will not be back.

Everyone was very nice, although, I had an appointment for 1pm for just an oil change, did not leave until 1hr and 45 minutes later when I was told it would only take 45 mins. It was very disappointing and I’m on the fence about going back now.
This shop is so wonderful, as a woman I am so thankful that they always explain everything thoroughly and I feel fully informed and in charge of my decisions/purchases. The service and management are excellent!!
I went in there twice in an hour (first for a motorcycle and second for a car) to get some inspection things sorted. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out pretty fast. All in all, they’re really efficient and I’ll be going here for quite a while!

This is my second year to get an inspection. They have always been professional and fast at it. This year he caught my battery almost going out and saved me being stranded with a dead battery. Thanks for your attention on catching it., I’ll be back for sure.
